News From airfocus: PDF Exports, Filtering & Search, Archiving

Thanks to your incredibly valuable feedback we have released a bunch of new features that will get you even more focused and aligned. Why not test them now in your airfocus workspace.

Improved PDF exports

Our priority and roadmap PDF export just got a major upgrade. You can now download all airfocus views to presentation-ready PDFs. Very soon we'll be adding PNG and CSV exports too.

Enhanced Search and filtering

Our blazing-fast search and filtering tool makes finding items ridiculously easy. You can search and filter by item title, label, assignee and/or lane (we renamed "status" to "lane" recently). Furthermore, you can also look up previously archived items.

Archiving

Archiving is the new delete! You can now archive (and unarchive) your items in airfocus. No need anymore to permanently delete your items just to clean things off. 

Coming up in airfocus

• CSV export: Download your workspaces to CSV.

• airfocus Priorities mobile app: The beta version is already live in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Download the app to your phone and give us feedback.

• Groups: Bring more structure into your workspace by grouping items into, well "groups".
