What does the free trial include?
The free trial lasts for 14 days. You will have access to the features and services from all of the plans. Book a demo for a personalized in-depth overview.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We offer both monthly and annual billing. We accept credit card payments for all plans. Payment by invoices is available for Pro plans and Enterprise plans.
What plans do you offer and what plan do I need?
We offer various plans to fit for any team sizes. Our plans start from $59/month (when billed annually) to custom Enterprise plans. The plans vary in features offered and in the amount of contributors.
What user roles are supported?
We have several user roles: admin, editor, contributor and viewer. Admins have superpowers within airfocus. They can manage team settings (users, workspaces, billing) and everything an editor can do. Editors are the default user type with all normal editing rights. They can manage workspaces and edit items. Contributors can read selected workspaces and comment on items. Is my data secure?
Protecting our customer data is our first priority. airfocus' physical infrastructure is hosted and managed within secure data centers in the EU of Hetzner Online GmbH (ISO/IEC 27001:2013), and is constantly undergoing annual security audits and assessments. All user passwords are hashed with a PBKDF2-based robust hashing algorithm and individual salts per password. We take our customers security very seriously. All communication between airfocus servers and the client browser is secured using the industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS).
Can I change or cancel my plan later on?
Yes, you can easily change or upgrade your plan at any time or add licenses to an existing plan. All changes are pro-rated. Our annual plans can be terminated at the end of each contract year and our monthly plans can be terminated at any time. The cancellation of monthly plans is effective at the end of the current billing month.
