With more than 30 years of experience as product manager and leader, Bernhard helps organizations to establish a product thinking culture and to grow success and efficiency. He also helps organizations of other professions, like sales or HR teams, to understand how they can benefit from ‘product thinking’.

Soumeya is passionate about mentoring product managers, especially those from underrepresented communities, and founders. She is an investor and advisor in a number of startups.
