Lauren is a product leader with 15+ years of experience building AI-driven experiences. At Twitch, she leads teams using AI to power community moderation, customer support, and safety systems – while also leveraging AI to accelerate developer velocity – keeping the service reliable, safe and fast. She’s passionate about turning early-stage ideas into scalable products that drive impact and growth.
Chris is, in his own words, “a chaotic good product manager, writer, and speaker.” He brings 10+ years of experience in product leadership and operations at top companies, including Microsoft, Waze, KAYAK, Facebook, and Google. Currently, as Director of Product Operations for GitHub's Synapse team, he leverages AI to lead bold experimentation in process automation.

Over his 8 years at the company, he has leveraged his rigorous mindset – honed during his Ph.D. in biological and biomedical sciences from Harvard – to lead the teams that build your favorite Lucid features.
