The best product innovations don’t happen in a vacuum. They’re forged in moments of connection – when a hallway conversation sparks a breakthrough, when a panel discussion reframes a stubborn problem, or when two product leaders swap notes over coffee and realize they’re solving the same challenge from opposite ends.

Yet for all the strategy decks, user interviews, and sprints we run in isolation, the real acceleration happens when we step out from behind our screens and into the same room. Conferences aren’t just about hearing from the big names on stage; they’re about building relationships, pressure-testing ideas, and uncovering insights we might never have found alone.

“Events like these pose a unique opportunity to bring together the brightest minds in product management and catalyze the kind of thinking that drives real change,” says Malte Scholz, CEO and founder of airfocus. “It’s where we share our successes, learn from our missteps, and see the future take shape in real time.”

Below, we’ve rounded up nine must-attend product management gatherings of 2025 – events where you’ll find not just inspiration, but the people and conversations that can turn it into action.
