About the webinar
It's common to underestimate the impact of opinions, consensus, and rank on our product decisions. We may think that we're basing our choices on evidence, but that's not always the case.
We're excited to announce that Itamar Gilad, a seasoned former Google product manager and the creator of the GIST framework and the confidence meter, will be joining us. He will demonstrate how you can truly make evidence-guided decisions using the frameworks he developed, and how you can align your entire team around data-informed choices.
What we covered:
- How evidence-guided development allows teams to make more consistently better, data-informed decisions.
- The Confidence Meter for quantifying the 2nd metric of the ICE scoring model.
- How Evidence-guided development empowers teams by fostering a culture of learning and collaboration, transforming developers into researchers and elevating the role of product managers to strategic value drivers.
