Over the last 6 years, she has trained and coached hundreds of product people. Robin founded The Product Refinery in 2017 to help PMs and their leaders solve their biggest challenges through high impact product coaching.

With more than 30 years of experience as product manager and leader, Bernhard helps organizations to establish a product thinking culture and to grow success and efficiency. He also helps organizations of other professions, like sales or HR teams, to understand how they can benefit from ‘product thinking’.
