To set OKRs properly and to use them effectively, it requires a clear understanding of the framework from the leaders to every team member.

Robin has been working in tech for 20 years, delivering product for 15 of those years in companies of all sizes, including ebay and Tripadvisor. Over the last 6 years, she has trained and coached hundreds of product people. Robin founded The Product Refinery in 2017 to help PMs and their leaders solve their biggest challenges through high impact product coaching.

With more than 30 years of experience as product manager and leader, Bernhard helps organizations to establish a product thinking culture and to grow success and efficiency. He also helps organizations of other professions, like sales or HR teams, to understand how they can benefit from ‘product thinking’.
Kent writes about and practices software product management. Kent practices his craft with a variety of product teams and provides resources for product people at KBP.media and Product Collective. When not writing or product managing, Kent is his family’s #ubersherpa, listens to jazz and podcasts, and collects national parks.
