With more than 30 years of experience as product manager and leader, Bernhard helps organizations to establish a product thinking culture and to grow success and efficiency. He also helps organizations of other professions, like sales or HR teams, to understand how they can benefit from ‘product thinking’.

Soumeya is a product management executive with two decades of experience in driving product strategy, creating award-winning software and building high-performing teams. Soumeya is passionate about mentoring product managers, especially those from underrepresented communities, and founders. She is an investor and advisor in a number of startups.
Marco is passionate about data science and software engineering, and he is glad to have turned them into his daily work as Head of Data Platform team at Flowe. Besides his work, he's part of the team organizing the Python Milano developers community.
