Quadri has two key pieces of advice for product managers:
Products are built to solve problems that customers face. Spend the right amount of time understanding the problem that you are solving, why, and for who. Once this is clear, defining the solution to build with your team will be easier.
Be intentional about your career. There are many opportunities available for product managers and many problems to solve within various industries. As this role grows in popularity, plan where you want to land in your career and how you want to grow so that you can continue to enjoy this highly demanding role.
