To determine the state of the industry in 2024, we surveyed 169 product ops and product management roles, including team leaders (46.7%), directors/VPs (20%), and even founders and C-suite executives (6.7%). Our findings highlight progress shadowed by persistent hurdles.
On the surface, there's optimism, with 55.9% of teams reporting improved delivery capabilities.

But dig deeper, and the challenges are consistent and clear. 40.4% of respondents struggle to connect priorities, and only 17% are confident that their processes can scale seamlessly.
