Diana Kimball Berlin has a pretty glittering CV.
A graduate of Harvard University (BA 2009, MBA 2013), she has worked for several impressive companies including Microsoft, Kickstarter, and Soundcloud.
After establishing herself as a senior product manager at Soundcloud, she joined Quip, a Salesforce company, in 2016. There she worked her way up from product manager to vice president of product — in just over three years!
Once she’d hit her stride at Quip, Diana decided she wanted to share her skills, knowledge, and experience with other aspiring product managers and future leaders.
So, she trained to become a leadership coach to help others find their own niche. She has been coaching clients since 2017.
Diana is a keen historian (it was her major at Harvard) and a voracious reader and has been passionate about digital culture since her student days.
At Harvard, she founded an internet culture conference called ROFLCon, a sort of digital world’s fair. She says she has always strived to be "part of building what comes next."
Alongside her work as VP of product at Quip, Diana is an exceptional leadership coach, dedicated to sharing her experiences with other potential stars of the product management world.
She also has a podcast with Lisa Sanchez called “Should We,” dedicated to discussing “life’s most (and least) important questions.”
Diana is exceptionally open and shares her life online via a variety of platforms.
As well as her Should We podcast, Diana has historically voiced her thoughts via the Should We website and the Quip blog.
